Our menus

With our kitchen brigade, we are at home with flavours from all over the world. The menu invites you to take a culinary trip around the world and the fresh preparation of the dishes will impress you. In addition to our à la carte selection, we also have a small menu and, of course, our popular daily specials. Under the direction of head chef Franz Amacher, we will surprise you with innovative ideas that are primarily based on three styles: homeland, modern and Far East. Whenever possible we use seasonal and local products, naturally of the best quality.

Grand Café Schuh

Linger, chat, exchange ideas, find out the latest news and enjoy tasty treats. The café culture is traditional and still in vogue. Visit our café, feel the authentic history and let our service team spoil you. Of course, you can still choose your own cake or something else delicious from the display case.

Aperitif or digestif – you have both options at our in-house bar. It forms the transition from the confectionery to the restaurant and focuses entirely on liquid enjoyment. Whether coffee, spirits or Szigeti sparkling wine, you will find the perfect accompaniment at the Schuh house bar.
